Meet Lindsey McAnulty

 

Founder of CustomBodyRX | Personal Trainer | Yoga Instructor | NASM CPT and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach

 

Lindsey is also a breast cancer survivor, a mother of four, and 42 years strong—living proof that there are no excuses, only obstacles when it comes to pursuing your best health, body and life!

With a lifelong passion for health and wellness, I bring a wealth of expertise to my clients. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Nutritional Sciences, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve optimal health through personalized fitness, nutrition and mindful movement.

 

As a former athlete, I understand the power of strength, endurance, and resilience. My career spans medically supervised weight loss, nutrition consulting, regenerative medicine, corrective exercise, and private personal training, allowing me  to take a comprehensive approach to fitness that goes beyond just workouts—focusing on mobility, injury prevention, and long-term well-being.

 

With a 500-hour yoga certification, I integrate functional movement and mindfulness into your training, ensuring my clients not only build strength but also improve flexibility, balance, and overall vitality. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one personal training, corrective exercise, or yoga instruction, my approach is designed to transform your body and mind.
